Rhenus SE & Co. is seeking a Freight Documentation Specialist to manage shipment docs, verify HBL/OBL and commercial invoices, and ensure timely manifest submissions.

You will coordinate with carriers, brokers, and internal teams to resolve discrepancies and support customs compliance. Applicants should have 2–3 years in freight forwarding, strong attention to detail, and proficiency in E2M and related platforms.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in logistics, supply chain, or related field.
• Experience handling ocean/air freight documentation and customs docs.
• Knowledge of E2M and other customs platforms is a plus.

Mansioni

• Receive, verify, and process shipment documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Review and validate HBL/OBL, invoices, packing lists, and permits.
• Prepare manifests and ensure on-time electronic filing via government platforms.
• Coordinate with carriers, brokers, and internal teams to resolve discrepancies.
• Support continuous improvement in documentation and processes.
