Job summary

DSV Inc is seeking a Business Support Assistant for FR Parcel in the Philippines. The role focuses on PO follow‑up, proactive liaison with Schenker branches, and ensuring timely execution of shipments.

You will monitor orders, update statuses, and coordinate with internal and external partners to maintain SLA, including invoicing and reporting tasks. A business degree and logistics awareness are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must hold a bachelor's degree in any Business field.
• Freight forwarding industry background is preferred.
• Good communication skills, written and verbal.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Team player with ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Strong coordination and process orientation.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on POs and coordinate with Schenker branches to meet TAT.
• Monitor and track shipping orders; update statuses and reason codes; reconcile orders.
• Coordinate activities between internal and external parties (Schenker, DHL, vendors).
• Perform first escalation and recovery actions (investigations).
• Ensure TMS compliance by origin and destination.
• Create shipments, edit labels, and update Carla/SCM systems.
• Handle invoicing, dispute management, and reporting (DHL KAD).
• Support export shipments from Roissy and Singapore; monitor shipments.
