Job summary

Dsv Inc is hiring a Freight Forwarder Assistant, Air Export in the Philippines. The role focuses on preparing and processing airway bills, ensuring document accuracy, and managing communications with DSV offices and clients.

The successful candidate will have a 4-year degree and preferably experience in a multinational freight forwarding environment, with strong English language skills to handle correspondence and inquiries efficiently.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a 4-year course.
• Preferably with work experience in a multinational freight forwarding company.
• Operating industry experience in a similar capacity.
• Good command of English language.

Responsibilities

• Execute AWB in CW1 upon receipt of complete documents.
• Ensure accuracy of shipment documents and CW1 data quality.
• Ensure that all created files are sent through.
• Ensure that all pre-alerts are sent on time.
• Ensure timely dispatch of all documents at origin offices.
• File archiving.
• Reply emails and queries from DSV offices and clients in a timely and effective manner.
• Other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
