Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any Business field required.
• Background in freight forwarding industry; air operations knowledge is a plus.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• High attention to detail; team player and able to prioritize tasks.
• Experience in a Shared Service within the same industry is preferred.
• Familiar with shipping documents and logistics terminology.

Responsibilities

• Follow up purchase orders and ensure on-time delivery with DHL/Schenker branches.
• Daily monitoring and tracking of shipping orders and status updates.
• Coordinate activities between internal and external parties; escalation and recovery.
• Register shipments and monitor milestones in CW1.
• Handle invoicing: review DHL invoices vs agreed rates and dispute management.
• Claims management and reporting/analysis (DHL KAD).
