You will define strategies, research market needs, and manage the product lifecycle while collaborating with Sales, Operations and Marketing to deliver customer-centric solutions.

Responsibilities include building client relationships, negotiating with partners, and delivering performance reports to guide decisions.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, business or related field.
• 1+ years in sales, preferably in logistics or freight forwarding.
• Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Process-driven, results-oriented, and highly organized.
• Ability to manage multiple products and projects simultaneously.
• Willingness to travel for client and operational engagements.

• Develop and implement strategies for freight forwarding products.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities.
• Manage the full product lifecycle from development to launch and performance tracking.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Marketing teams to align product execution.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Negotiate with suppliers and partners to optimize service offerings and profitability.
• Monitor product performance and prepare reports, forecasts, and recommendations.
• Represent the company in client meetings, trade events, and operational discussions.
