Job summary

Offshore Business Processing in Muntinlupa is seeking a Sourcing Specialist with 3-5 years of logistics experience to manage real-time AOG tracking, carrier liaison, and documentation for air freight.

You will support a 24/7 shift-based operation from Alabang while coordinating with customers and back office, ensuring compliance with Incoterms and trade rules.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years’ experience in the logistics industry
• Knowledge in International Air Transport Regulations including Incoterms and customs rules
• With Air Freight Import and Export experience
• Amenable to work in Alabang Site
• Availability for 24/7/365 shift-based operations, including public holidays

Responsibilities

• Track and monitor AOGs in FAST in real-time
• Answer & Handle customer requests
• Represent the client to carriers and FX L network
• Give instructions to the Back Officer
• Advise the customer on potential restrictions (Weather/Geo-Political/Trade Compliance)
• Control administrative documents, forms related to the transport of goods, and content
