Coordinate with liners, brokers, and customs to ensure on-time submissions. Requires 2–3 years in freight forwarding logistics and a related Bachelor's degree.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Customs Administration, International Trade, or a related field.
• Relevant freight forwarding certification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Receive and review complete job instructions and pre-alert documentation.
• Verify and process pre-alert documentation to ensure completeness, accuracy, and regulatory compliance.
• Validate and check HBL, OBL, Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Certificates/permits, Shipping Instructions, and other documents.
• Prepare, validate, and submit import cargo manifests within regulatory deadlines.
• Coordinate with carriers, brokers, and overseas offices to obtain missing or corrected information for manifest filing.
• Prepare Delivery Orders and support customs clearance activities.
• Assist with continuous improvement initiatives related to documentation and efficiency.
