Job summary

Rhenus Logistics Philippines is seeking a detail-oriented freight documentation specialist to manage shipment documents, review pre-alerts, and ensure regulatory compliance. You will coordinate with customers, brokers, and carriers to prepare accurate manifests and delivery orders for import shipments, while maintaining quality records.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in freight forwarding docs, strong communication, and proficiency with E2M and customs platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Customs Administration or related field.
• Freight forwarding certification is an advantage.
• 2–3 years of experience in freight forwarding logistics, shipping, or import/export documentation.
• Experience with ocean and air freight documentation preferred.
• Exposure to pricing, procurement, and freight operations is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Review and process shipment documentation per Customer Solutions guidance.
• Verify and validate pre-alert docs for completeness and regulatory compliance.
• Prepare and submit import cargo manifests within regulatory deadlines.
• Coordinate with carriers, brokers, and overseas offices for accurate manifest data.
• Maintain accurate manifest records and monitor submission status for on-time filings.
• Support continuous process improvements and training activities.
