Private Advertiser is seeking a Logistics Billing Specialist to prepare, audit, and process transport invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely payment. You will generate client invoices with correct charges, audit carrier bills, and resolve discrepancies while maintaining data integrity in the ERP system.

The role requires 1–3 years in freight billing or logistics, strong Excel skills, and experience with billing software such as QuickBooks.

Qualifications

• BS Degree in Accounting or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of freight billing, transportation, or logistics experience.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP).
• Experience with billing software or ERP systems like QuickBooks.
• Excellent attention to detail and clear communication for cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Generate and issue accurate transport invoices with correct charges and taxes.
• Audit carrier and vendor bills against records, rates, and terms.
• Investigate billing discrepancies and resolve disputes with carriers and clients.
• Reconcile invoices with internal shipping documents to support month-end close.
• Enter shipment and billing data accurately into the ERP system.
