The role requires 1–3 years in freight billing or logistics, strong Excel skills, and experience with billing software such as QuickBooks.

• Excellent attention to detail and clear communication for cross-functional collaboration.

A logistics billing specialist prepares, audits, and processes transport and freight invoices to ensure financial accuracy and timely payment

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Invoice Generation: Create and issue accurate client and partner transport invoices with correct freight charges, taxes, and fees.

• Freight Auditing: Review carrier and vendor bills against shipment records, contract terms, weights, dimensions, and agreed rates.

• Discrepancy Resolution: Investigate billing errors and resolve disputes with carriers, logistics partners, and clients.

• Reconciliation: Match carrier invoices and internal shipping documentation to support month-end close and financial transparency.

• Data Management: Enter shipment and billing data accurately into ERP
