Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking an Accounts Receivable/Billing Clerk to ensure timely and accurate billing preparation and collection. The role involves coordinating with the Head Office and maintaining AR/GL-related records.

Qualified candidates have a Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance and at least one year of related experience. Knowledge of QuickBooks and ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite is preferred, with a focus on compliance and accurate record-keeping.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or related field.
• At least one year of related work experience.
• Working knowledge of QuickBooks and ERP software.
• Familiarity with tax rules and government compliance.

Responsibilities

• Encodes and updates sales, A/R, and collections with supporting documents.
• Coordinates timely submission of documents to Head Office.
• Ensures completeness of ARD, DR, and SI before encoding to the General Ledger.
• Prepares sales/AR aging, intercompany billings and reconciles online shop collections.
• Schedules client payment pickups and collections.
