RCBC in Manila is seeking a Fraud Analyst to review reports for early detection and prevention of fraud in the credit card business. You will verify transactions with issuers and prepare acquiring reports, and recommend chargebacks for unauthorized transactions.

You will conduct profile verifications in our HOST system, provide disposition on disputes, and help implement controls to reduce future losses. The role also covers processing merchant rewards related to recovered counterfeit cards and

Formación

Graduate of any 4-year business course.
Knowledgeable in computer applications with strong interpersonal, analytical, investigative, and credit decision making skills.

Responsabilidades

Review reports for early detection and prevention of fraud in issuing/acquiring.
Verify transactions with issuers and prepare acquiring reports.
Recommend chargebacks for unauthorized transactions and deactivation/termination of suspicious merchants.
Verify cardholder profile updates in the HOST system.
Provide disposition on disputes arising from fraudulent transactions.
Suggest control measures to reduce future losses.
Process merchant rewards for recovered counterfeit cards and review regulatory transactions for compliance.
