Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4-year Business Course.
• Knowledgeable in computer applications.
• Good interpersonal communication, analytical and investigative skills.

Responsibilities

• Reviews reports for early detection and prevention of fraud on the Issuing and Acquiring side of the Credit Card business.
• Conducts verification of transactions to respective Issuers and prepares Acquiring report.
• Recommends chargebacks for unauthorized transactions and deactivation/termination of suspicious merchants.
• Performs thorough verification on Cardholder profile updates in our HOST System.
• Provides sound disposition on Cardholder disputes arising from fraudulent transactions and suggests control measures.
• Processes Merchant Rewards for recovered counterfeit cards to encourage vigilance and prevent losses.
• Reviews Regulatory related transactions and reports for submission to Compliance.
