Job summary

CBE Companies in the Philippines is seeking a Customer Service Representative - Fraud to represent our client on the phone with consumers. You will handle inbound and outbound calls to help prevent fraud while delivering a positive customer experience.

You will navigate multiple systems, document interactions, and apply fraud prevention training. A high school diploma and English communication skills are required; call center experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of call center collections, customer service, or telemarketing experience preferred.
• Proficiently communicate verbally and in writing with customers in English.

Responsibilities

• Reduce fraud losses while focusing on customer experience and protection.
• Analyze account processes and transactions to identify undetected frauds.
• Review, identify, and deter fraudulent activity.
• Look for trends to identify good vs. fraudulent orders.
• Receive inbound calls and make outbound calls related to potential fraud.
• Analyze information via internal and external tools to decide Fraud/Not Fraud.
• Document accounts accurately while talking with customers.
• Work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays as needed.
• Meet productivity and call quality standards.
• Follow dispute resolution and escalation processes.
• Adhere to client guidelines and training concepts during start on production floor.
