Job summary

A leading outsourcing company in Pasay is seeking an Inbound Fraud Specialist to protect customers against fraud. You will handle inbound calls, investigate suspicious activities, and work collaboratively with internal teams. Candidates should possess strong communication and problem-solving skills. Your Mission

As an Inbound Fraud Specialist, you’ll be the first line of defense against fraud. You’ll handle inbound calls from US customers, investigate suspicious activity, and help protect their financial security.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide empathetic and efficient support to debit card customers via phone.
• Detect and prevent fraud by placing security holds and initiating claims.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve disputes and escalate cases.
• Document fraud alerts and build case files for further investigation

You must be

• A High school diploma or college graduate is a plus.
• From 6 months of customer service experience with Fraud line of business
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data security
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to negotiate and resolve issues with professionalism
• Adaptability in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
