You will handle inquiries via phone and email while ensuring data security and policy compliance. The role offers an onsite setup in BGC, Taguig City, with a salary package up to ₱27,000 and benefits such as night differential and day-one HMO for two dependents.

Qualifikationen

• High School / Senior High School Graduate or College Graduate.
• At least 6 months of international BPO experience if a High School Graduate; fresh graduates and newbies without call center experience are welcome if a College Graduate.
• 1 year of call center collections, customer service, or telemarketing experience is a plus.
• Proficient verbal and written English communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Review customer accounts and transactions for potential fraudulent activity.
• Investigate suspicious transactions and take appropriate action to prevent fraud.
• Assist customers with fraud-related inquiries via phone and email.
• Verify customer information and account details while following company policies.
• Document all interactions and investigations accurately in the system and elevate complex cases when necessary.
• Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining confidentiality, data security, and performance standards.
