Job summary

Stark Asia Solutions Inc. seeks a Financial Services Support Specialist to assist customers with inquiries about financial products and services across phone, chat, text, and video channels, delivering timely solutions with professionalism.

The role is onsite in McKinley, Taguig, offering a salary package up to ₱40,000 (basic plus ₱2,800 non-taxable allowance), plus Day 1 HMO coverage, life insurance, night differential and access to onsite amenities.

Qualifications

6 months or more in customer service or financial services.
At least 2 years of college education, an associate degree, or college graduate.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Willing to work onsite in McKinley, Taguig on a shifting schedule.

Responsibilities

Support customers and resolve inquiries regarding financial products and services via phone, text, chat, video chat, and other channels.
Navigate multiple computer systems efficiently while adhering to work guidelines and regulatory guidelines.
Perform routine tasks such as answering questions, troubleshooting problems, and delivering a best-in-class customer experience.
Collaborate with teammates and elevate complex issues to supervisors or senior staff when necessary.
