Potato Corner in the Philippines seeks a Franchise Management & Development Specialist to strengthen franchisee relationships and ensure governance, brand standards, and sustainable growth.

You will lead engagement programs, monitor concerns, analyze feedback, coordinate with departments, and oversee compliance, renewals, and network movements, delivering actionable insights for management.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Management or related field.
• Experience in franchising or business development preferred.
• Ability to lead cross-functional projects and manage stakeholders.

Mansioni

• Lead franchisee engagement, satisfaction, recognition, roadshows, training, and capability-building programs.
• Monitor franchisee concerns and coordinate resolutions with departments.
• Analyze recurring concerns and recommend process or policy improvements.
• Support franchisees in understanding company programs, standards, obligations, and available business support.
• Monitor compliance with franchise agreements, policies, financial obligations, and operating standards.
• Coordinate notices, corrective-action plans, and escalation of high-risk cases.
• Monitor renewals, ownership transfers, relocations, and network movements.
• Consolidate performance indicators and provide management with decision-ready reports, risks, trends, and actions.
• Supervise and coach Franchise Officers; coordinate with Operations, Finance, Legal, Marketing, IT, and other departments.
