Job summary

Leslie Corporation, a leading Philippine food manufacturer and distributor, is seeking a Franchise People Partner for the Food Service Division. You will partner with franchise area managers and field teams across HR advisory, learning programs, and workforce development.

The role centers on people capability, organizational health, and a learning culture to help franchise operations perform and grow, focusing on onboarding, talent development, and change initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or college degree in HR, psychology, business, or related field.
• 2–5 years in learning & development, OD, HR generalist, or similar.
• Proven ability to facilitate training sessions in person or virtually.
• Experience supporting franchise, retail, or multi-site operations is a plus.
• Exposure to HR business partnering, employee relations, or workforce planning is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Serve as HR partner for assigned franchise clusters and advise on people concerns.
• Facilitate FSDU sessions and franchise learning programs.
• Support organizational development and culture-building initiatives.
• Monitor workforce trends, onboarding, and integration of new hires.
• Identify capability gaps and coordinate development interventions.
