Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or management or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience handling area sales and franchisee support.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales management and performance across franchise stores.
• Monitor sales performance and intervene as needed.
• Foster franchisee relations and provide ongoing support.
• Oversee store development and daily operations.
• Ensure QSC (Quality, Service, Cleanliness) standards are met.
• Lead and develop people within the region.
• Provide reporting and clear communication to stakeholders.
• Aim for operational excellence in all activities.
