The Franchise People Partner is the embedded HR and learning presence within an assigned franchise cluster — responsible for the people capability, organizational health, and learning culture that franchise operations need to perform and grow. The role partners directly with franchise area managers, franchisees, and field teams across the full range of people responsibilities: franchise HR advisory, facilitation of FSDU sessions and franchise learning programs, organizational development support, workforce monitoring, and employee relations.
Serve as the primary HR partner for assigned franchise clusters.
Provide guidance on people concerns, HR policies, and workforce matters.
Partner with franchise leaders on people-related operational decisions.
Monitor and report key HR updates and workforce trends.
Implement organizational development and culture-building initiatives.
Support team effectiveness and collaboration across franchise operations.
Facilitate change management and adoption of new processes and programs.
Support performance management and organizational interventions.
Facilitate FSDU sessions and franchise learning programs.
Identify capability gaps and recommend development interventions.
Coordinate training logistics and monitor learning progress.
Drive capability-building initiatives aligned with business needs.
Monitor headcount, staffing levels, and workforce trends.
Analyze attrition and recommend retention initiatives.
Support talent identification and succession planning.
Ensure effective onboarding and integration of new hires and internal transfers.
Bachelor’s / College Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Behavioral Science, or equivalent.
At least 2–5 years of experience in learning and development, organizational development, HR generalist work, or a combination of these is required.
Demonstrated experience in facilitating training programs or learning sessions — in person or virtually — is required.
Experience supporting franchise, retail, field operations, or multi-site environments is an advantage.
Exposure to HR business partnering, employee relations, or workforce planning is an advantage.
Background in training needs analysis, capability gap assessment, or learning program coordination is an advantage.
Experience in food service, quick service restaurant, or franchise-heavy industries is an advantage.
