Job summary

Shawarma Shack Fastfood Corporation in Manila seeks a proactive Franchise and Business Development Specialist to drive local growth and support new franchise openings.

You will identify potential franchisees, manage the sales pipeline, and help onboarding with training on sales, brand standards, and store operations. Field work in CENTRAL NCR is required, including travel to stores and coaching staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business management
• At least 2 years related experience
• Willing to do field work around CENTRAL NCR (MANILA & SAN JUAN)
• Field work that requires motorcycle and valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Reports to Franchise and Business Development Manager
• Identifies and sources prospective new franchisees and maintains sales pipeline
• Supports store network expansion and franchisee onboarding
• Provides training and development to in-store staff on sales, P&L, ROI, and brand standards
• Explores opportunities for local and international expansion
• Assists franchisees in locality marketing strategies to grow brand awareness
• Manages multiple store units and conducts post-opening follow-ups with franchisees
• Performs business analytics and regular meetings with stakeholders
• Audits stores on food, service, cleanliness, condition and other parameters
• Handles customer feedback and resolutions in assigned stores
• Visits store branches and supports improvement initiatives
• Performs other tasks as assigned by management
