Job summary

Shawarma Shack Fastfood Corporation is seeking a Franchise Development professional to identify and secure new franchisees and manage a growing store network in the Philippines. The role requires field work across North Luzon and hands-on training for new franchisees to ensure operational proficiency.

You will lead sales processes, support P&L understanding, ROI, and brand standards while coordinating with management on expansion opportunities and local marketing plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any related business management course.
• At least 2 years related experience required.
• Willing to do field work around NORTH LUZON (LA UNION, ILOCOS SUR & NORTE).
• Field works that requires motorcycle and valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Reports directly to the Franchise and Business Development Manager.
• Identifies and sources prospective new franchisees, pipeline maintenance and adherence to the sales process.
• Does business development functions such as, but not limited to store network expansion
• Assists new franchisees to become operationally proficient
• Provides supplemental training and development to in-store staff and practices to include sales, P&L’s, ROI, People management, Brand standards, training techniques and policies, store operations and controllable expenses
• Explores opportunities for international and local expansion
• Assists franchisees in selecting and formulating locality marketing strategies in order to increase brand awareness and grow their business
• Manages multiple store units, with background in food service business in assigned territories
• Conducts post store opening functions such as follow ups and franchisee coordination
• Performs business analytics
• Conducts regular business meetings
• Knows how to audit stores on Food, Service, Cleanliness, Condition and other related parameters
• Handles customer feedback and resolution in the assigned stores
• Visits store branches
• Performs other tasks that may be assigned by immediate superior or management
