Job summary

Shawarma Shack Fastfood Corporation seeks a Field Works Associate to drive franchise development and support store openings across designated regions. You will identify prospective franchisees, coordinate locality marketing strategies, and assist partners in launching new locations.

The role requires motorcycle access and a valid driver’s license, with willingness to travel within BICOL for visits, training, audits, and performance reviews to grow the network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related management field.
• At least 3 years related experience.
• Willingness to do field work around BICOL and travel as needed.
• Preferred: motorcycle ownership and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Reports to Franchise and Business Development Manager.
• Identifies and sources prospective new franchisees and maintains pipeline.
• Supports store network expansion and adherence to sales processes.
• Assists new franchisees to become operationally proficient.
• Provides training on sales, P&L, ROI, people management, brand standards, and store operations.
