Job summary

Shawarma Shack Fastfood Corporation is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, supervise staff, and coordinate across departments at our head office in Quezon City. You will plan, monitor, and optimize processes to deliver quality products safely and on time.

The role requires strong leadership, planning, and communication skills, with a focus on efficiency, safety, and cost control, to support company goals in a dynamic food service environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing daily operations and coordinating departments.
• Ability to supervise employees and train staff.
• Strong planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Proven track record in cost control and budgeting.
• Capable of maintaining quality standards and safety compliance.
• Experience in inventory management and supplies control.
• Ability to prepare reports and monitor KPIs.
• Excellent communication with management and stakeholders.
• Willing to work from Monday to Saturday, 9:00am–6:00pm.
• Willing to be assigned at Shawarma Shack Head Office, Quezon City.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure smooth workflow across departments.
• Supervise staff performance, assign tasks, and provide guidance.
• Plan and organize work schedules to meet deadlines.
• Monitor productivity and identify efficiency improvements.
• Control operating costs and optimize resources.
• Manage inventory, procurement, and supplies to avoid shortages.
• Maintain quality standards for products and services.
• Ensure workplace safety and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with HR, finance, sales, purchasing, and production.
• Identify issues, resolve emergencies, and implement process improvements.
• Prepare regular reports on KPIs and operational performance.
• Communicate operational updates to senior management.
• Train and develop staff to improve skills and performance.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
