Job summary

Shawarma Shack Fastfood Corporation seeks a Franchise Development Manager to source new franchisees and lead store expansion in Cavite, while guiding new franchisees to operational proficiency and ensuring adherence to brand standards.

You will train in-store staff, perform business analytics, and coordinate franchisee activities, including local marketing strategies, field visits, and regular business meetings to drive growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related business management field.
• At least 2 years of related franchise development experience.
• Willingness to do fieldwork around the Cavite area and operate a motorcycle with a valid license.

Responsibilities

• Reports to Franchise and Business Development Manager.
• Identifies and sources prospective franchisees and manages pipeline.
• Supports store network expansion and onboarding of new franchisees.
• Provides training on sales, P&L, ROI, people management, brand standards, and policies.
• Explores local and international expansion opportunities.
• Assists franchisees with locality marketing strategies.
• Manages multiple stores in the assigned territory.
• Conducts post-opening follow-ups and franchisee coordination.
• Performs business analytics and presents findings in meetings.
• Conducts regular franchise meetings and audits on food, service, cleanliness, and QA.
• Handles customer feedback and visits store branches.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
