Job summary

Va4u is seeking a proactive Business Development & Franchise Support Virtual Assistant to help drive the expansion of its real estate franchise network in the United States, while operating from the Philippines.

You will identify and engage prospective franchise partners across the US through targeted outreach via email, calls, and LinkedIn, building a robust pipeline and coordinating with Franchise Development for seamless handovers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of US B2B Business Development, Sales, Lead Gen, or Appointment Setting.
• Demonstrated experience engaging business owners, executives, or senior decision-makers.
• Outstanding written and verbal English communication skills with a professional, neutral accent.
• Confidence in outbound calls and professional email outreach.
• Strong background in LinkedIn prospecting and business networking.
• Proficiency in CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho, or similar.
• Excellent research, relationship-building, and follow-up skills.
• Highly organized with exceptional time management and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Reliable internet connection and a dedicated work-from-home setup.

Responsibilities

• Proactively conduct outbound prospecting via email, phone calls, and LinkedIn.
• Research and identify potential franchise owners and business opportunities.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified prospects.
• Schedule discovery calls and appointments for the Franchise Development team.
• Develop and nurture relationships with potential franchise partners.
• Follow up consistently with leads throughout the sales cycle.
• Accurately maintain all outreach and engagement records within the CRM.
• Track pipeline activity and provide detailed progress reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless lead handover and communication.
• Participate in additional business development and franchise growth initiatives as needed.
