Va4u is seeking a Property Management Business Development Manager to grow the US real estate portfolio from a remote, full-time position. You will target property owners and investors, craft strategies to expand rent rolls, and manage the full sales cycle from outreach to onboarding.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years of US property management BD experience, strong lead generation and closing skills, and CRM proficiency (Salesforce/HubSpot/Buildium).

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of US property management business development experience.
• Proven ability to grow rent rolls and portfolios.
• Strong negotiation, presentation and closing skills.
• Experience with outbound sales, cold calling, and email campaigns.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Expand the company's property management portfolio by acquiring new property owners and investors.
• Develop and execute business development strategies to boost rent roll and market share.
• Identify and pursue new opportunities via calls, emails, referrals, networking, and social media.
• Build relationships with owners, investors, agents, developers, and partners.
• Deliver presentations and proposals for services.
• Oversee the full sales pipeline from lead to onboarding new clients.
• Maintain CRM records and provide sales activity reports.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
• Represent the company with professionalism and exceptional customer service.
