Job summary

Career Point is seeking a Business Expansion and Franchise Development Manager in Mandaue, Philippines. You will lead efforts to grow the franchise network while ensuring brand consistency and strong relationships with franchisees.

You will analyze markets, plan strategically, monitor financial performance, and coordinate marketing campaigns to drive store openings and sustained growth across all branches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field; MBA preferred.
• 3+ years in franchise development, retail expansion or business development.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for cross-stakeholder collaboration.
• Proven ability to analyze data, KPIs and market insights to drive decisions.
• Strong leadership with the ability to motivate a team and achieve goals.
• Willingness to travel to franchise locations and attend meetings.

Responsibilities

• Franchise Support & Development: onboard new franchisees and guide them through opening.
• Compliance Monitoring: ensure brand standards and conduct store visits/audits.
• Sales & Performance Monitoring: track store sales, costs and profitability.
• Marketing & Promotions: coordinate local and national campaigns and promotions.
• Communication & Coordination: be the link between franchisees and head office.
• Training & Coaching: conduct refresher trainings and develop store staff.
