• Strong sales and account management experience.
• Experience in P&L analysis (margins, costing) preferred.
• Willing to do fieldwork as needed.

Responsibilities

• Achieve volume/margin and market expansion targets to establish and grow LUBESERV's footprint and equity in the assigned territory.
• Manage dealer(s) / franchisee(s) to strengthen partner relationships and facilitate mutual success.
• Ensure integrity mandate to foster integrity in the organization.
• Perform administrative functions to monitor region performance and enable data-driven decision making.
