Job summary

SEAOIL Philippines, Inc. is hiring a Franchise Account Management Officer to drive growth of LUBESERV franchises across assigned areas. You will develop the franchise network, manage dealer relationships, and ensure compliant, profitable operations.

The role requires at least 1 year of relevant work experience, ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle, and willingness to conduct fieldwork to support expansion and performance monitoring.

• Must have experience in building and growing partner networks.
• Ability to manage territory expansion and volumes/margins.
• Experience in maintaining franchisee and dealer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Achieve volume/margin and market expansion targets to grow LUBESERV footprint.
• Manage dealer(s)/franchisee(s) to strengthen partnerships and mutual success.
• Ensure compliance to integrity mandate within the organization.
• Perform administrative tasks to monitor region performance and enable data-driven decisions.
