Job summary

Shawarma Shack Fastfood Corporation is seeking a Franchise & Business Development Manager in Quezon City to grow the franchise network. You will source, evaluate, and onboard franchisees, build partnerships, and drive store development initiatives.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in business, 3+ years in franchise management, and willingness to work from Monday to Saturday. Start ASAP and be prepared to manage a team and programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a business-related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a franchise manager or related role.
• Willing to be assigned at Tandang Sora Quezon City.
• Willing to work Monday–Saturday, 9:00am–6:00pm; start ASAP.

Responsibilities

• Finds, develops & manages new franchisees for the business.
• Sources and proposes potential franchise deals by contacting partners.
• Contacts potential clients to establish business relationships.
• Develops franchise programs for physical and virtual stores.
• Conducts feasibility studies on franchise store locations.
• Manages sales process from initial reply to closing sale.
• Creates/develops store network development including demographics, SWOT, and plans.
• Oversees franchise & business development department, including officers and staff.
• Performs other tasks assigned by management.
