Job summary

A leading franchise management firm in Makati is seeking a skilled franchise recruitment lead. The role involves onboarding new franchisees, preparing information kits, and conducting performance reviews. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree and have 3-5 years of experience in franchise recruitment. You will also work with marketing to create promotional campaigns. This is a full-time, on-site position with a negotiable salary.

Job Description

• Lead franchise recruitment (prospecting, screening presentation, negotiations).
• Prepare franchise information kits and manage franchise application process.
• Onboard new franchisees, ensuring they understand SOP's, brand guidelines, and QA standard.
• Conduct regular franchise performance reviews and provide business coaching.
• Work with Marketing Officer (under Ops VP) to supply franchiees with promotional campaigns and digital content.
