Job summary

You will convert opportunities into orders, franchise investments, and partnerships while maintaining strong customer relationships. You may also represent and sell the BFC portfolio, including related concepts, depending on priorities and targets.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable making calls, sending proposals, presenting, and following up.
• Results-oriented and target-driven.
• Organized with CRM/database discipline.
• Experience in food, beverage, retail, FMCG, hospitality, franchising, or B2B sales is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop potential B2B, corporate, institutional, franchise, and partnership accounts.
• Reach out to prospective customers, companies, organizations, investors, and business partners.
• Promote and sell BFC franchise packages and business opportunities, including applicable concepts within the BFC portfolio.
• Generate and qualify franchise leads, conduct initial presentations, and coordinate prospects through the franchise sales process.
• Promote other BFC concepts and revenue opportunities as assigned, including LIT, Cheat Day, DRYP, and other existing or future concepts.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, franchise presentations, and sales presentations.
• Follow up on leads and convert opportunities into orders, franchise applications, and partnerships.
• Maintain an updated sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups on all active opportunities.
• Coordinate customer and franchise requirements with Operations, Commissary, Finance, Marketing, and other relevant teams.
• Support corporate orders, events, bulk orders, franchise inquiries, and special projects.
• Assist in identifying new revenue opportunities across BFC's brands, customer segments, and channels.
• Monitor competitor activity, market developments, and potential business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate customer, prospect, franchise, and sales records.
• Participate in sales campaigns and company-wide revenue initiatives.
• Support the achievement of monthly and annual sales targets.
