RSD Human Resource Management Consultancy in Metro Cebu seeks a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling. This full-time, on-site role focuses on delivering clear analysis to guide management decisions.

You will monitor performance, prepare monthly and quarterly reports, analyze trends, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen internal controls and reporting frameworks for senior leadership and clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related quantitative field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• 5–10 years of corporate finance experience with 2–5 years in FP&A or analytical leadership.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets, ERP systems, and financial planning software.
• Strong communication, storytelling, business acumen, and leadership abilities.
