Job summary

Our Clients in Cebu is seeking a Senior Manager for Corporate Planning and FP&A to lead the development and execution of corporate strategy, annual operating plans, budgets, forecasts, and long-range financial models. This role drives enterprise-wide performance measurement and strengthens analytics, reporting standards, and data governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, business administration or related field is required.
• Professional qualifications such as CPA, CFA, CMA or relevant certifications preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in corporate planning, FP&A, BI or strategic finance; 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI with experience building executive dashboards and KPI reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead corporate strategy, planning and alignment of long-term financial plans.
• Oversee FP&A functions including revenue, margins, expenses, cash flow and performance reporting.
• Drive BI development and management reporting, dashboards, and scorecards for executives.
• Prepare executive-level analyses and recommendations for CEO and Board discussions.
• Build and lead high-performing teams across planning, analytics and reporting.
