Job summary

Our Clients hires an FP&A Assistant Manager in Cebu City to support budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis. The role delivers timely financial insights to management, monitors performance, and supports financial improvement initiatives.

The ideal candidate has CPA certification, 3–5 years FP&A experience (including 2 years supervisory), and strong Excel and BI skills. Onsite work setup and Monday–Friday dayshift are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, Management Accounting, or related field.
• 3–5 years FP&A or related experience, including 2 years in supervision.
• Must be a CPA; CMA or CFA is an advantage.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, modeling, variance analysis, and reporting.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and drivers.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel with advanced functions.
• Experience with Power BI or similar BI tools.
• Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems.
• Strong analytical and presentation skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organization and priority management.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Prepare monthly variance analyses and provide insights on variances.
• Analyze revenue, expenses, profitability, and key financial drivers.
• Prepare and maintain branch P&L reports, dashboards, and KPI reports.
• Develop financial models, business cases, and scenario analyses.
• Partner with department heads to support cost optimization and revenue improvement.
• Provide timely financial analysis and recommendations to management.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of financial data and reports.
• Identify opportunities to automate and standardize reporting processes.
• Monitor performance against targets and provide insights.
