Job summary

PM Consulting in Cebu City (Talamban) seeks an FP&A Assistant Manager to support budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting. You will work with Finance and business units to deliver timely insights for strategic decisions.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance, CPA, 3–5 years FP&A, Excel, and SAP familiarity; supervisory experience is a plus. Fully onsite, Monday–Friday.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in Accounting/Finance or related field.
• CPA designation required.
• 3–5 years FP&A, corporate finance, or financial reporting.
• Supervisory or team-lead experience preferred.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, modeling, and variance analysis.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in annual budgeting and financial planning processes.
• Support evaluation of financial impact of initiatives, investments, projects, and strategies.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts.
• Conduct variance analysis between actuals, budget, forecast, and prior year.
• Develop financial models to support planning and decision-making.
• Perform ROI, profitability, and scenario analyses as needed.
• Prepare and consolidate monthly management reports and dashboards.
• Provide clear commentary on movements, risks, opportunities, and actions.
