Job summary

PM Consulting is seeking a Senior Manager - Business Intelligence & FP&A to lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning. You will develop financial models, dashboards, and KPI reporting to support executive decision-making and profitability initiatives.

You will partner with executives to drive performance across multiple business units, oversee BI/FP&A functions, and build a high-performing analytics team in Cebu City.

Qualifications

• 10+ years FP&A, BI, or related experience.
• 5+ years in a leadership/senior management role overseeing finance, analytics, or planning functions.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and data visualization tools.
• Experience in large-scale, multi-site organizations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning across the organization.
• Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and scenario analyses for strategic decisions.
• Oversee BI and FP&A functions, ensuring timely, accurate reporting.
• Design executive dashboards, KPI scorecards, and performance reports for leadership.
• Monitor profitability, cash flow, working capital, and operating performance across units.
• Perform variance analyses against budgets and forecasts to identify drivers and risks.
• Evaluate business cases for investments, expansions, or strategic projects.
• Support pricing strategies, resource allocation, and cost optimization efforts.
• Establish enterprise-wide KPI frameworks, data governance, and reporting standards.
• Prepare executive reports and materials for CEO and senior leadership.
• Translate complex data into actionable insights for management.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Sales, and Marketing to improve performance.
• Drive continuous improvement in BI, reporting automation, and analytics processes.
• Build a high-performing FP&A and BI team with a culture of analytics.
