HRTx Inc. in Cebu City is seeking an FP&A Assistant Manager to lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. You will deliver timely insights to management and collaborate with key stakeholders to drive informed business and operational decisions.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Accountancy/Finance, at least 3+ years FP&A with 2+ years supervision, and proficiency in Excel; Power BI experience is preferred. ERP familiarity such as SAP is an advantage.

Competenze

Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
3+ years FP&A/finance experience; 2+ years supervisory.
CPA/CMA/CFA preferred.
Experience in budgeting, forecasting, modeling, variance analysis.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel; Power BI or BI tools.
Experience with SAP or ERP systems advantageous.

Mansioni

Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
Prepare monthly variance analysis against budget, forecast, and prior-period results; provide insights on variances.
Analyze revenue, expenses, profitability, margins, and key financial drivers for trends and opportunities.
Prepare/maintain branch P&L reports, dashboards, KPI reports, and management presentations.
Develop/maintain financial models, business cases, and scenario analyses for investments and initiatives.
Partner with department heads to support cost optimization and revenue improvement.
Provide timely financial analysis and recommendations to support decisions.
Ensure accuracy and consistency of financial data and reporting.
Identify opportunities to automate reporting processes.
