NCC Group in the Philippines is seeking an FP&A Analyst to join the Finance team in Manila. You will transform financial and operational data into actionable insights, support forecasting, budgeting, and present trends to senior stakeholders.

The role offers hybrid working arrangement: two days onsite in Taguig, with opportunities to grow into broader FP&A and finance partnering responsibilities. Ideal for analytically minded professionals with advanced Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Experience with large datasets and data storytelling for management.
• Ability to translate financial and operational data into clear insights for decision makers.
• Preference for experience with FP&A and budgeting processes.

Responsibilities

• Produce and distribute daily, weekly and monthly performance reporting for senior management and business stakeholders.
• Analyse financial and operational KPI data to identify trends, risks, opportunities and key performance drivers.
• Translate data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations to support informed decision making.
• Support forecasting, budgeting and planning processes through the provision of high-quality analysis.
• Partner with stakeholders across finance and the wider business to understand information requirements and provide meaningful analysis.
• Challenge assumptions, investigate variances, and highlight areas requiring management attention.
• Assist in the preparation of financial presentations and dashboards for senior leadership.
• Collaborate on ad hoc analyses and strategic initiatives.
