SYSGEN RPO is seeking an FP&A Analyst in Metro Manila to support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis. You will build financial models, monitor KPIs, and prepare management reports to inform strategic decisions.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial performance, enhance efficiency, and deliver dashboards for the executive team and board. A degree in finance or related field and 3 years FP&A experience are preferred, with

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, Economics or a related field.
At least 3 years in FP&A or related finance roles.
Advanced Excel with financial modeling, budgeting and forecasting.
Experience with BI/dashboard tools (Power BI or Tableau).
Strong understanding of financial statements and cash flow analysis.

Responsabilités

Create annual budgets and rolling forecasts, track burn rates and cash runway.
Build dynamic models tracking CAC, LTV, and payback period.
Conduct Cohort Analysis to understand customer behavior and retention.
Track marketing efficiency and operational KPIs.
Identify root causes of variances between actuals and plans.
Create dashboards for the executive team and board highlighting forward-looking KPIs.
Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to allocate capital and measure ROI.
