Job summary

hammerjack is seeking a hands-on FP&A Analyst to turn financial and operational data into accurate, repeatable reporting. You’ll focus on data extraction, cleansing, manipulation, and reporting production while partnering with the finance team to improve timeliness and transparency.

The role covers variance analysis, budgeting support, and maintaining controlled reporting models in Excel and Power Query with Power BI exposure. Hybrid work: 2 days in Makati.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in FP&A or management reporting or similar role.
• Strong Excel with data manipulation and reporting models.
• Experience with budgeting/forecasting and variance analysis.

Responsibilities

• Extract, cleanse, map and structure financial data for reporting.
• Prepare recurring weekly and monthly management reports and dashboards.
• Analyze performance vs budget/forecast and identify trends.
• Draft variance commentary and analysis schedules.
• Assist budgeting, consolidation and scenario planning.
• Maintain and document Excel/Power Query models with controls.
• Standardize and automate workflows while preserving data integrity.
• Support Power BI reporting and ad hoc finance requests.
