TechNerds Solutions Inc. is seeking a Financial Analyst - FP&A to join our finance team in Pasig. The role focuses on strategic financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and data-driven insights to support pricing and performance across global clients.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in corporate finance, strong Excel/Power BI skills, experience with NetSuite or ERP systems, and the ability to work night shifts in a hybrid setup at Rockwell Business Center Ortigas.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in corporate finance, ideally public company
• Strong financial planning, reporting, and data analytics
• Proficient in Excel (XLOOKUP, MACROS) and MS Access
• Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite), SQL, and digital finance tools
• Power BI or similar data visualization experience
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Willingness to night shift and hybrid work
• Able to work at Rockwell Business Center Ortigas, Pasig City

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth financial analysis, forecasting, and modeling to support decisions
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and dashboards
• Track and analyze key financial metrics, trends, and performance indicators
• Support budgeting and forecasting cycles including variance analysis
• Assist with the month-end close process and ensure compliance with financial reporting standards
• Analyze customer-level financial performance to support pricing strategies
• Prepare actionable insights via visual reports and data storytelling
• Collaborate with finance, sales, and product teams on pricing improvements
• Monitor pricing performance and identify improvements
