Job summary

D&V Philippines is seeking an FP&A Manager to lead core financial planning and analysis activities, including forecasting, budgeting, and board support. The role owns recurring FP&A models and delivers timely analysis of performance, risks, and opportunities, with a focus on scalable processes within a hybrid setup.

The position requires 5+ years in FP&A or corporate finance, advanced modeling and Excel skills, and the ability to manage multiple recurring deliverables.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive FP&A or corporate finance experience.
• Strong financial modeling of integrated P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow.
• Advanced Excel and strong understanding of financial statements.
• Ability to independently manage multiple recurring FP&A deliverables and deadlines.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain forecast models for Revenue, P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow.
• Lead recurring forecasts, annual planning, and longer-term financial modeling.
• Prepare budget vs. actual reporting, variance commentary, and risks & opportunities analysis.
• Consolidate financial results, forecasts, KPIs, and MD&A analytics.
• Maintain compensation, headcount, CAPEX, and other key planning assumptions.
• Support commission attainment reporting and other recurring Finance reporting.
