Job summary

2GO Group in Pasay City is seeking a Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist who will transform data into actionable insights to guide growth, ensure regulatory compliance, and strengthen financial controls across the organization.

You will partner with multiple teams to deliver accurate operating reports, budgets and forecasts, and support process improvements and new ventures with disciplined financial analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy required; CPA/MBA/CMA preferred but not required
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in finance, reporting, or FP&A
• Strong ability to analyze financial data and identify trends or issues
• Experience in stakeholder management and/or account management is a plus
• Auditing firm experience is preferred

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with teams to perform complex financial analysis and prepare summary reports.
• Prepare operating results, budgets, and monthly forecasts for senior management.
• Create supporting documents and schedules for financial reports.
• Work with departments to prepare recurring financial reporting packages.
