Job summary

Sol is hiring its first full-time recruiter to build Talent Acquisition into a world-class function. You will design end-to-end hiring processes, implement Ashby and scale pipelines, and focus on engineering, product, and AI talent while supporting GTM and operations.

You will shape the candidate experience, employer brand, and interview rigor, working directly with founders and marketing to attract top-tier talent across competitive markets.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting, incl. 2+ years in a startup.
• Proven ability to build recruiting from scratch with process and brand.
• Deep technical sourcing to hire senior software engineers, AI/ML researchers.
• Good judgment and ability to challenge hiring managers.
• Experience setting up ATS (Ashby/Greenhouse/Lever) and using AI tools in sourcing.
• Candidate-focused approach and ability to operate in ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Build the talent acquisition process end-to-end with managers.
• Own our hiring systems and scale with Ashby, pipelines and automation.
• Source world-class technical candidates and close top talent in competitive markets.
• Hire for mission and values with clear assessment criteria.
• Ensure respectful, fast feedback and transparent communications with candidates.
• Develop employer branding with marketing and founders.
