Job summary

Translead Inc. in Makati is hiring for a Founding Sales Team member to build the PH B2B SaaS pipeline. You will hunt and close local opportunities, work face-to-face with the founding team, and help shape our Philippine market strategy.

This on-site role offers a competitive monthly salary (PHP 59,000 to PHP 120,000) plus a 13th month pay, performance bonuses, and a fully equipped workstation with company laptop, mobile, and external monitor.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• At least 2 years of proven corporate B2B sales experience.
• Business-level proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Hunt & close local B2B opportunities in the Philippines.
• Build the pipeline through exhibitions, networking, referrals, and outbound activities.
• End-to-End sales: prospecting, needs analysis, proposals, negotiation, and closing.
• Grow accounts with the Customer Success team to support satisfaction and expansion.
• Shape the sales strategy and processes for the Philippine market.
