Job summary

DOXA is seeking an experienced Executive Operations Partner in The Philippines (remote) to shield the Founder from routine tasks, coordinate priorities, and turn commitments into action. You’ll act as a trusted extension with strong judgment and business acumen.

You’ll manage complex calendars, draft proposals and emails, attend key meetings, and coordinate with senior consultants, clients, and partners while upholding strict confidentiality in a fast-moving remote environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive professional experience, including supporting a Founder/CEO or C‑suite executive in a high‑trust environment.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication with ability to produce polished executive-level correspondence.
• Ability to manage a senior executive's inbox and calendar and drive next steps independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage a complex executive calendar, scheduling and priorities to protect the Founder's time.
• Attend meetings with the Founder, capture concise notes, identify decisions and action items, and drive follow-through.
• Draft proposals, correspondence, follow-ups, and other executive communications on the Founder's behalf as trust develops.
• Support and progressively manage the Founder's inbox, surfacing priorities and resolving routine issues.
• Coordinate with senior consultants, clients, vendors, and outside partners while maintaining confidentiality.
