Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• At least five years of experience in construction resource management including formworks, heavy equipment, and tools.
• Knowledge of construction equipment operations, preventive maintenance, and rehabilitation processes.
• Proficient in resource planning and inventory systems.
• Ability to develop and implement SOPs, internal controls, and cost management frameworks.
• Excellent coordination and communication with project teams, procurement, and finance.
• Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
• Highly accountable with attention to detail.
• Willing to be assigned in Biñan, Laguna.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the planning, allocation, deployment, transfer, retrieval, and inventory of formworks across multiple projects.
• Monitor formworks utilization, condition, and availability, including rehabilitation and reuse to maximize existing inventory.
• Coordinate with project teams on requirements, deployment schedules, inventory discrepancies, and housekeeping compliance.
• Lead the planning, allocation, deployment, and utilization of construction equipment based on project requirements and schedules.
• Monitor equipment utilization, availability, maintenance, repairs, and downtime to improve reliability.
• Evaluate equipment requirements and recommend deployment, transfer, rehabilitation, replacement, or disposal based on condition and project demand.
• Oversee inventory, issuance, transfer, return, and accountability of construction tools across projects.
• Implement controls for tool tagging, traceability, physical inventory, and reconciliation to minimize losses.
• Monitor tool condition, availability, repair, replacement, and disposal while ensuring compliance with procedures.
• Develop and establish SOPs, processes, and internal controls covering Formworks, Equipment, and Tools Management to standardize operations and improve accountability.
• Monitor and analyze expenses across all scopes, including equipment, formworks, tools, repairs, maintenance, rentals, and other related costs, identifying opportunities for cost optimization.
• Coordinate with project teams, procurement, finance, and other support departments to align resource requirements, deployment, utilization, and cost management.
